I could use some help

So that guy I asked to the movies never showed up or called to say he wasn't going to be there. I called him just to make sure he didn't forget, but he didn't answer so I left a message. He never called back and he won't even talk to me in class. What should I do?

Suicide and Other Things

I am not too excited about March 1st. That's when one of my friends killed himself and it was just one of the worst days of my life. It'll be three years since he committed suicide. I am not looking forward to that day. As far as I'm concerned, the world can just skip March 1st and I wouldn't be hurt one bit. Since March first is a Tuesday I don't think I'm even going to want to go to school. It might make a good skip day (jk) because that is the most depressing day of the year for me. Suicide sucks or I guess death in general sucks, but I don't think my parents will let me stay home just because one of my friends killed themselves three years ago.
Me and my brother have been dancing every night for exercise. We listen to Miley Cyrus, as crazy at that sounds, and he knows every word. Of course I would rather have him listen to Miley Cyrus than Taylor Swift because I really don't like her. My sister says that I have no taste in music (which of course I do). I mostly listen to 102.3. That's my favorite station.
The reason I'm exercising is because I want to go to Kansas and if I want to go, I have to lose at least 25 pounds if not more. So Amanda is helping me lose the weight and we're doing it together. I also have to end the semester with all A's and B's, pass all my fiinals, and keep up the dishes at home. Then I can go to Kansas for a week or two. I guess I'm ready for summer.

Crossword Puzzles and Other Brain Teasers

Okay so I've been doing all these crossword puzzles in some magazines and I'm having a lot of fun with them. Does that make me a dork or something because it totally just relaxes me. I do them on the computer too. They give me something to do at school. Like when my friends aren't here during lunch, I can do the crossword puzzles to keep myself occupied. And whenever I do them, I learn something new, like a new word or a new historical fact or something that I just never knew before. I think crossword puzzles are great for learning new things. So if you find yourself bored to death with nothing else to do, find a crossword puzzle. If you can't find a crossword puzzle, you could always do a word find or some other sort of brain teaser. They're supposed to stimulate the brain and make you think. I like to do them in the morning while I'm eating breakfast to get my brain working. I find myself more awake when I get to school and it's easier to stay awake in class. You should try doing some puzzles in the morning before coming to school. They're really fun.

Can't Wait

I asked another guy that I like if he wanted to go to the movies this Saturday and he said he'll see what he's doing. I can't wait to see if he can go or not. If I can't go out with Mitch, I'll find someone else. I it's time to move on and get over him. This guy has a really great personality, he's smart and he's helpful, and he looks totally hot (not that looks matter or anything, but they certainly help). If he says that he can go I would be ecstatic. Who am I kidding, I think that I've already got my hopes up to far. I think that if you get you hopes up too quickly, that when they say no, you'll be even more disappointed than if you wouldn't have gotten your hopes up right away. I learned that lesson personally. I can't wait!

Last Weekend

       Last weekend was totally awesome! Me, Amanda Brader (my BFF), and Alex Charles (my other BFF) all got together and went to Hastings to rent some movies. We wanted to rent Paranormal Activities 2, Orphan, Slither, and District 9. They were all rated R, and we didn't know how old you had to be to rent R rated movies. So Amanda and Alex made me go up to the front and ask how old you had to be. He said seventeen and thank goodness he did because all of us were seventeen. We got the movies and went up to the cashier and asked us if we had our Hastings card. Great! Amanda forgot hers at home. The cashier looked her card up so we were able to get the movies. The rest of the night was great. Alex stayed until about 1:30 am and then me and Amanda went upstairs to go to bed. Only problem was we couldn't sleep. We finally fell asleep at about 6am. I slept for maybe about 20 minutes and I couldn't get back to sleep. So I went to the computer and started listening to music. Then my dad  called and told me it was time to go home at about 10am.
       Me and Amanda keep joking about egging a billboard, but we know we'll never do it. Anyways, my mom told me to call her and tell her that the billboard got egged and that they think we did it. I called her and said,"Dude, we're in trouble." She asked what we were in trouble for and I told her that my parents thought that we egged the billboard. She started going off in the background yelling at her mom saying that we went to Wal-Mart and we went here and there and then we came straight home. She was yelling that that was bullcrap and that we didn't do anything. My dad got on the phone and said,"Amanda?" She asked what and he told her that we were just kidding. She was like are you serious and started laughing. It was so funny. I don't think I've been able to prank her before so this was pretty great. Payback for pranking me.

GLEE CONCERT!!!!!!! (Who wants to go?)

I cannot wait for soccer season to start. I'm ready to play against a team that was once tough to beat. Last season, they kind of sucked. I don't play for the school. I actually play for my parents. It's pretty cool.
One of my friends told me that there's going to be a Glee concert in Minnesota June 1. She said that if she can get 30 people to go, we can get a bus to take us there. That is totally awesome. The more people we get, the cheaper it'll be. If you're interested let me know. She told me to spread the word. Different Stuff

I have been looking everywhere for a place that sells all of my favorite books, but I can't find one. I think Barnes and Nobles might, but that's too far away. It kind of sucks. I love to read, so not being able to have all the books with easy access is kind of upsetting.
OMG! The Packers won the Superbowl! I wanted them to win because Brett Farve was trying so hard to get the Packers to the Superbowl and after he left, they make it. How cool is that? And the half-time show was spectacular. They only told us that the Black Eyed Peas were performing. So it was pretty awesome when Slash and Usher performed with them. What did everyone else think of the Superbowl?

TV Shows

My favorite childhood TV show was definitely the "Puzzle Place". My favorite character was Skye. He kind of looked like he was from the sixties which is interesting because my favorite decade is the sixties. One thing I can't remember about the show is what the cat's and dog's name was. Does anyone else remember this show? My mom has been watching it with her kindergarten class and I am like totally jealous. I know it's really weird to be mad over a TV show that doesn't even air anymore, but it was my favorite. What's your favorite TV show?
