Random Stuff

So I'm just gonna talk about random stuff. This Saturday is my second soccer game and it's the one that I want to win the most. After this soccer game, I'll only have four games left. That's so sad because I really like playing soccer and I'll have to wait to play another game until next season. I'm actually planning on playing for the school next year. I don't know if I'll actually get played because I'll be a senior, but it would be pretty cool to play for a different team for a change.
I'm also planning on getting a job this summer. I am in the process of filling out an application for Sonic to be a carhop.
I'm almost finished putting together my practical communications portfolio. I just have a few things left to put in it and then I'm done. There is one thing that I'm not looking forward to doing in that class though and that's the mock job interview. I'm not good at answering questions when I feel like I'm under pressure. It makes me nervous.
If I don't get the job at Sonic, I'm pretty sure that I will spend the rest of my summer traveling with my family to my sister and brother's soccer tournaments. I will definatly enjoy watching the soccer games, but every once in a while I'll get bored or I'll get that feeling that I just want to be the one running on the field.
I'm looking forward to the county fairs during the summer. That's always something fun to do. The Dodge County Fair is totally awesome and it's my favorite one to go to. I've only been there once, but it was still so cool. The dance is amazing. Most of the songs that they play aren't country which really makes me happy.
I'm both ready and not ready for the end of the school year. I like my classes and being able to see my friends every day, but I also don't like doing a lot of the homework. I'm pretty sure that I could do without the math class and the american literature. Other than that, I'm good.

  1. The mock interview for P.C. really isn't that bad. I have a really hard time talking in front of people and answering questions off the top of my head, but it actually wasn't bad at all. As long as you practice what you're going to say about yourself, you'll be fine. The questions she asks are pretty general and relate to the business you're applying to. Good luck!
