Having fun... NOT!

I was so excited to go to Winter Royalty and now my parents say I shouldn't go because my cousin's coming up for the whole weekend. I'm gonna be gone for one night. Plus, I don't see why I can't take him with me since he's a sophmore. My mom says that there's no point in going because I don't have a date. I told her I just wanted to hang out with my friends. She didn't say anything after that. I hope she'll still let me go. I actually asked Jose if he would like to go with me as a friend/date and he said okay. Maybe my parents will let me go since he's my "date". Keep your fingers crossed.
